A theft deck essentially you let your opponent play the best things they own with your commander steal/copy it then beat them with it, obviously after the first game they will be more wary of it and in that case we have other win cons like infect give blightsteel a blade of selves pretty much instant win most times, and infinite turn/mana with tidespout tyrant+ arcane signet + mana crypt should give you infinite mana and tidespout tyrant + time warp + mystical sanctuary for infinite turns
