Alright, gonna try this again, Bant Exalted 2.0 without Baneslayer Angels, believe me it's possible and can be a turn 5/6 killer which is what i want. Also, fuck price I want a complete bad ass Bant.

I'm not an expert on the Exalted decks, but don't you want to drop the Hierarch on turn one as often as possible. With 20 CIPT lands that hurt alot. you should cut on some Refuge, and add Forest. If your on budget keep the refuge, but if your willing to spend some cash, go for the M10 dual lands!

I have to agree with BigBruce on the CIPT lands, they really slow you down. Also, Knotvine Paladin would like you to know that he loves Awakening Zone. Personally, I'd put counters in your deck instead of eating Days. And you say you're on a budget, but have Rafiq, Elspeth, and Noble Hierachs in your deck, making me wonder where Knight of the Reliquary could be. Can't say I'm a fan of Garruk in an Exalted deck, I'd probably put in Behemoth Sledges instead.
I'd have to agree with these guys. An Awakening Zone or two would be fantastic, but then again you could cut the Knotvine Paladin and put in Jhessian Infiltrators and get the job done just as fast...since he's unblockable. I also don't understand what Gideon is doing in your deck, how is he helping? I know Elspeth is just to pump up the Knotvine with those 1/1 soldiers...but otherwise, you can cut him. I still stand by having Hindering Light and Sovereigns of Lost Alara. Just my two cents.
Take a look at my deck @ http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=63458 if you get a chance. Its Bant Exalted as well.
