Consider adding Seismic Assault.

I Suggest you to going more aggro, without Niv-Mizzet and Melek. Try to find 4xDelver of Secrets for starting to hit in the firsts turns. Also, try to find better lands: Steam Vents, Shivan Reef or Scalding Tarn, these are expensives$$, but will help you to have the right mana at the right moment.

Think about Izzet Guildmage to have fun copying those Lightning bolts =)
