Deck Description

This is a version of a pretty common deck back when infect was standard. Everyone at that time was tired of seeing the usual Blue/Black/Green infect decks so people started fooling around with Red and White more. As we all know the selection of white infect cards are very slim so artifacts are needed. I really like infect decks nowadays because it allows new players to become immedately effective in casual nights at our local shop, as most of us long time magic players call it cheap we can not argue that it allows less skilled players to compete. Anyways I hope you enjoy.

How to Play

Pretty simple to play use Silence and oust to keep your opponents creatures off the field while you attack with yours. Silence pretty much ruins any game plans your opponents have for a specific turn. Also use your enchantments as boosts to help you get those 10 infect counters on your opponents faster and your Unscathed and Blessing to protect your creatures even further.

Deck discussion for Mono-white Infect

Sorry dude, but this is really low deck. In Infect deck is 16 creatures really low number :/ What about Emeria, the Sky Ruin? ;)

Could do that, wouldn't be budget really then though.

May I just say that the reason that people play green infect is because of the speed.
That aside this is a pretty good infect deck. I'd swap Plague Myr for Lost Leonin

Do you think Leonin is better? I thought about that originally to tweak it a little but then I thought Myr's mana utility might speed things up a bit. Also what do you think Main deck necropedes or Corpse Cur...Cur has better game changing utility but Necropede is a bit faster to get out.

Mana ramp is great but not nessesary in infect too much
If I remember, Corpse Cur is 4 mana while Necropede is 2, Necropede. Your mana curve can mean the difference between an average deck and a good deck with infect

Adjusted accordingly

A great card to put into any infect deck that you don't seem to have is Mutagenic Growth. I know it's green BUT the pay 2 life is almost essentual in infect. Almost every infect deck is incomplete without them

Yeah mutagenic growth is great especially since the -2 life really means little when infect decks are so fast.

Can't figure out what to take out for the 4th mutagenic so I just tossed it in the SB, I took out 2x repel the darkness and 1x hyena but I am afraid to take out any more protections or removals because that is this decks weak spot and I have to protect that and I am not sure if 1x mutagenic is worth swapping for another perm hyena.

Also noticed something, Lost Leonin is worse then Plague Myr....if I have tempered steel out, what do you think?

Only IF you have Tempered Steel out on the field though
P.S. Sorry about your deck now being labled G/W, not mono-white. I have similar problems on my decks. It also happens with Fuse cards now too

eh, it is still technically a mono-white deck lol. It is impossible to pay "green" for it.

Yeah, maybe the procuders of MTGVault can fix this problem with the phyrexian mana and the fuse cards. I don't exactly know how, but it would be nice

Surely they can have it not add the color unless mana of that color is added to the deck or something....I dunno.

I'd just cut out the Phyrexian mana from the colour list

That would work also, people usually pay with life anyways.
