Drana. She's a greatly over-looked vampire with easy kill potential. Seems to fit right in with your build. I'd bin a disfigure or two for the Drana's.

Have you considered throwing in 3 more lands?
I'd throw in a few dual lands, Blue/Green. Tropical Island, Flooded Grove, Yavimaya Coast.
