I love Stuffy Doll, its a nice spin on a burn deck and makes the perfect blocker. I would take out Inferno Trap and put in stuff like Flame Slash or Electrostatic Bolt, Crushing Pain is good to. Also some must have cards are Fatal Attraction and mana boosters like Pyrectic Ritual, Seething Song, and Geosurge to get the doll out faster. I would also get rid of Shock, Lightning Bolt is just better. And Chain Lightning is better than Chandra's Outrage. Hope this helps!

I would replace Millstone with Grindclock
I would add in 4x Iron Myr to help speed up the mana, Quicksilver Amulet to help get the dragons out, and maybe 4x Glimmerpost to replace 4x Mountains for easy lifegain instead of using Golden Urn or the other artifacts. Also there is better stuff out there than Goblin Piker, consider Signal Pest for more battlecry. Just some ideas, I <3 Dragons!
16 Land seems pretty thin, also not sure why you have Bloodstained Mire in there. Other than that, seems like a good setup.
I have been thinking about getting x4 Vesuva to take the place of the Glimmerpost, have them come in as Cloudpost. Semblance Anvil could have a big impact in the deck being that all spells are artifacts. Since mana flows pretty easy as is I may just sideboard it for the time being since I'm not sure if there's anything I'd want to take out, I'll probably give it a shot at some point. I really wanted Arcbound Reclaimer in the deck from the beginning, only reason I never added it was I have it in a modular Arcbound deck, but the more it think about it I really should be adding it in somewhere. By the way I checked out your deck... Awesome Combos! I like it!
I run Darksteel Reactor in the sideboard incase I want to replace the Grindclocks. The only downside to the reactor is I would find myself focusing all my efforts into just putting counters on it, and it just took to much away from putting counters on the fun stuff. Not only that but a big weakness would be boomerangs just returning a reactor with 19 counters to you hand, but that's just how the game works I guess. But thanks for the suggestion.
Yeah the mana gets pretty crazy as the deck builds momentum, thats the main reason I run the Steel Hellkite. Just wait til you see how things work with a Prototype Portal on a Voltaic Key, using 1 mana with each key to make more keys, then use them to just untap and retap things like Lux Cannon or Grindclock! It gets insane. Not the fastest deck in the world I'll admit, but a blast none the less in multiplayer games. Thanks for giving it a try, hope it serves you well.
