Deck discussion for Mill EDH

Oona is by far the stronger card/general

I agree with Setherial; Oona is a much, much stronger general for this.

As of right now your deck would be turn apart by a number of cards that do not go to the graveyard such as the Eldrazi (And the ones that shuffle only themselves back in as well). To fix this, I recommend Haunting Echoes, Bojuka Bog, and Leyline of the Void.

Opps, wasn't done with this yet...

Nihil Spellbomb would be a great option as well because it goes at instant speed. Also use The Gatherer to look for creatures who you can pay X to exile cards from a graveyard.

I feel that you should ditch the trying to damage the opponent as a main way to discard and leave it as a secondary tactic; instead go with stuff that continuously mills such as the artifact from Scars that mills via charge counters. Liliana would also be a very good idea for this deck; much better than Sorin, because you can do empty their hand, tutor, and resurrect everything.

If you would, I would like some suggestions on my EDH deck that I am working on as well.

Awesome! Thanks so much for the review. I just threw this together in maybe twenty minutes last night. It's more of a basic guideline than anything. Any other ideas? Because I'm trying to keep this deck simple to play, and therefore I was going for the creature-based milling. I don't want to over complicate it too much with combos and stuff. The Liliana idea sounds good though, I'll probably throw her in there. Same with Leyline of the void and Bojuka Bog. I'm a little split on Oona as a general, because I feel that if I used her I would have to implement alot of different cards in order to keep it effective as far as mana cost and overall game play is concerned.
