You don't need 4 copies of living end, 3 works just fine as you have 8 cards that fetch it.

your right ive seen a lot of lists do both but im assuming if your going for a budget you want the least amount of expensive cards
Even if you aren't, drawing living end isn't what you want. sure you can cast it from time to time with suspend. Most of the time you just cycle creatures until you have an opening to cascade into it.
the only reason for having multiple copies at all is so you dont have as much of the off chance you draw all of them but that should almost never happen
Yep, generally it goes:3x =important card you want to see4x = card you want to see every gameI mean you still have 8x tutors for it:P on top of the 3x copies.
however im never going to be playing the spell itself it will have to be tutored for the deck to work. because again if all of them are drawn the deck shuts down, suspending living end doesnt usually work out
Well to be fair they can counter it off cascade also, and if you draw 2/3 on cycling you should cast a living end tutor:P
