Slate of Ancestry is probably a better way to dig for doors than read the bones, as you should likely be able to dump your hand pretty quickly and will be swimming in mana. Also gets rid of one color in the deck.I also support dropping the hideaway lands in favor of Vesuva copying either of the locii.

Fetch lands don't thin the deck significantly in a mono colored deck. It would take an average of 8 (iirc) land pulls before you would see a difference.
Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief is another good card for monoblack. Her ability will get you past indestructible creatures, provided you have enough mana. Nirkana Revenant also provides a good way to pump mana for your more expensive cards/abilities. Good luck.

Aether membrane is pretty hard to argue against as far as red walls go
If you're looking to speed it up, you could add in the Ichor rats and take out Skithiryx...I mean yes he is a bamf, but you can only have one out at a time and the rats drop a counter on your opponent when they come into play
I would suggest taking out the fetchlands, you only have swamps, and those cost you a life to get the swamp, and the lacerators are already cutting you each turn...though I suppose they can double proc the Bloodghast... but I don't know if that is worth it. Also I would agree with doop, Liliana does get you a diabolic tutor, but she also costs 5...
