To answer your question yes the effects of multiple Curse of Bloodletting's both trigger separately, so they would quadruple damage from the same source. But you may want to change your black creature choices because "loss of life" is not the same as damage so it is not doubled by the curse.

The deck looks fine to me, but I would take out the Curse of Pierced Heart it's not a good card, Preay Upon would be a good addition. Anyway if ya want, take a look at my Werewolf deck. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=241180
24 lands is a little high, you should run with 21. Add 3 Groundswell and put in Misty Rainforest for land fetch, also you have 12 blue cards to 24 green cards so you should have more forests than Islands, which will work just fine with breeding pool and misty rainforest for mana fixing.
Thanks for the suggestion, I think I'll go with Treasure Hunt.
I like this Naya deck alot, I've been thinking of building one for awhile but couldn't come up with a build I liked. So hope you don't mind but I think I will try yours out.
Werewolves are awesome to play with, like the deck. Wish they were more competitive... stupid Ratchet Bomb.
You should consider adding Mindshirker to the deck, it would be a good way to put cards in to the grave.
looks good, I like the Idea of asceticism, I forgot it could regen a creature. any reason you don't use double lands?
while asceticism is a good card it's better for the late game, I use Full Moon's Rise to protect my wolves with the ability to sac it and regen my werewolves. (and I don't own any ascenticism) as for ramp, so far I haven't needed it in any of the games I've played so it's a wait and see. I also like the reckless waif but I prefer the gatstaf sheperd over the village ironsmith anyway thanks for the suggestions, I'll be sure to try out different things with the deck, and check out yours.
thanks for the suggestion, I give it a try.
I really like the look of this deck, seems like it would be fun to play.
