Deck Description

Possible turn one kill here with master of cruelties:
Turn 1: Swamp, Dark Ritual, cast Entomb to put Master of Cruelties into your graveyard, cast Shallow Grave returning Master of Cruelties to play with haste. Attack with it, it's ability triggers (most likely) setting them to 1 life, pay 2 life to cast Gut Shot for the win.

If you cant get turn one you can also use Buried alive to find MoC, use goblin tunneler to clear the way of anything big enough to kill MoC then same concept burn away the last 1 point for the win.

Deck discussion for Turn 1 Kill MoC

Think the gig would be up once they figure out your combo but could leave for some shocked opponents. Need to maybe find a land that makes things unblockable in R/B

Closest possibility is Rogue's Passage, but it takes 4 mana to do it

This is nasty and I love it! I'm a fan of master of cruelties and still run him in my modern Rakdos aggro

This seems like it may be a one trick pony might want to try a modern Rakdos deck, MoC is a really cool card

I love finding first-turn kill combos, and this is a pretty great one. One of my favorites (and take into account that I am paying no attention to actually obtaining the cards or costs) is opening hand of Black Lotus, Auriok Salvagers, Spawnsire of Ulamog, three Mox gem cards, and some card that gives your stuff haste (i.e., Cyclops of Eternal Fury, Hammer of Purphoros, etc.). Play the black lotus as well as the mox gems and tap for the mana (having at least 2 white) and play Auriok Salvagers, using its ability to get back Black Lotus. Play the lotus, use the ability, repeat for infinite mana. Play the Spawnsire and use the ability for tons of Eldrazi cards and play the haste card to attack with tons of Eldrazi first turn. I know this wasn't really a valuable contribution to the deck, and sorry if I just annoyed you with all this text xD

Not at all any contribution or discussion always welcomed my friend. I kinda shy away from infinite combos kinda seems like cheating to me. But the beautiful thing of Magic is it can be played the way the player wants to envision their brew and how they want to piolet the idea to victory.

That why I don't play my land destruction deck often it can be quite the table flipper lol
