I'd put in a one drop creature that had a reusable draw effect, dakra mystic perhaps. Would give you a reusable draw effect as well as controlling what your opponents could get. Also provides a blocker early game so you don't have to block with your beaters when they're weak and can die.

what do you think of accumulated knowledge over coastal piracy? I also have some bident of thassa that will be rotating out of standard that could fit in here nicely.

* I would run Ordeal of Thassa over Curiosity. Why? Your creatures lack trample, so Curiosity will only grant you cards (and thus make them bigger) when it's already going well. The Ordeal makes them bigger right away with a great bonus if you manage to do so 3 times.

* I think you run a bit too many card drawers and too few creatures. Also, you lack a 2-drop. Suggestions:
- Kami of the Crescent Moon
- Looter il-Kor (awesome with Ordeal!)
- Whirlpool Rider
- Tameck Guildmage (for multiplayer)
The first two can easily replace a card drawer, my recommodation would be to cut Scarscale Ritual

* I would run Temple of Mystery over those Thornwood Falls. Still budget but considerably better.

* Your deck lacks flyer. Possibilities (more for a multiplayer approach, though):
- Soromaro, First to Dream
- Sturmgeist

* If you plan to have a sideboard, Cold-Eyed Selkie is a must (especially with those Ordeals).

* You run zero removal. In a blue/green aggressive deck I usually suggest Trygon Predator. I just don't know what to cut. Probably more Scarscale Rituals.

Summary:
-4 Curiosity
+4 Ordeal of Thassa
-4 Scarscale Ritual
+2 Looter il-Kor
+2 Trygon Predator
-4 Thornwood Falls
+4 Temple of Mytsery

You said in another deck that you like abstract thinking. If you want to return the favour, you might want to start with this one:
