Built this to deal with a particularly annoying Spell Goblin deck.So it turned out to be a decent agro deck with each creature in general playing well with others due to -Battalion- or -Soulbond- effects. Plenty of damage and healing in the -Instant- portion of the deck rounds out the damage and creature removal aspect. Effective creatures and Deflecting Palm were my initial inspiration and it quickly became one of my more treasured go-to decks.
Turn 2 -Lightning Mauler- followed by a Turn 3 -Silverblade Paladin- is beast and 8 damage.-Tajic, Blade of the Legion- can easily be a cheap 7/7 Indestructible beater, and combined with the previous two creatures mentioned would be a 15 damage combat turn if unmitigated.-Assemble the Legion- can pump out your offense and defense. It gains a token every upkeep, and you gain a soldier for every token on it. After a few turns, it becomes well worth it's cost.-Ajani Vengeant- syncs up well with this deck. His first ability is very nice and quite the defensive option. His second is basically -Lightning Helix-, which is great. His last ability is interesting in the fact that it can often times make oppponents feel pressured to deal with him as opposed to our field, and can buy valuable time. The deck is more than capable of winning without him. He just adds another spectrum to the fight.-Sunforger- is 4 damage, which can be quite a bit, and then it's second ability for 2 mana you can search your deck and play an appropriate spell? Great synergy, thins the deck, and it syncs up with -Boros Signet- nicely.-Gisela, Blade of Goldnight- was an interesting choice to me. She reduces the effectiveness of -Deflecting Palm-, but more than makes up for it by doubling any damage you deal, and "halving, while rounding up!" damage dealt to you. The reason I have that in quotes is cause if your were dealt exactly -1 damage- with her out. She would prevent exactly -1 damage-. Neat, huh? Most of the cards sync up really well and play off each other.

Love how cohesive it is through and through. Very impressive build.
