You can't deal with every deck, remember that. I would recommend something like mine.....
For B/G Zombies to work it has to be both fast and ruthless, if that means pitching your entire hand to keep your loltroll alive from burn, or playing him a turn late to retain your regen ability then that has to happen. All that is needed in the end is a slither head with rancor at the worst, or say a 8/5 loltroll on turn 3.

You can swarm if you need to against a control deck. abrupt decay the detention sphere/oring.. dig through your deck for whatever you need. LOL troll or dreg mangler will be your main kill.

Also, drop desecration demon entirley it will either get pitched to loltroll, locked down by your opponent or murdered. Sure it's a 6/6 for 4 mana that you will never use.

Maybe consider the new creature enchant, Stab Wound, from RTR. Fits the vein of your deck and helps keep their creatures under control.

May i suggest Seal of Fire, it's never left my burn deck since Mercadian Masques. It's a shock you can spend mana on when you have it free and use the burn any time you want by sac'ing the enchantment. Great deterrent for creatures with low toughness.

I'd swap the howling mines for wild guess, so you can pitch away any extra lands for more burn and your opponent doesnt gain the card benefit from it.

i'd say thin down the annihilating fires, thunderbolts, and reverberates in exchange for wild guess (being able to pitch away unneeded lands is very nice in a fast deck like this) and another creature. and i honestly think the elixirs are going to do you more harm than good. They'll make good use of the mana you use to gain 5 life instead of stopping their creature or burning them down.

By the way i just noticed, you can't Coalition Victory without any basic lands.

I feel like your deck is doing 2 decks worth of things. I like it, but if i were to do a deck whose sole intended win condition was Progenitus, it would probably look more like this: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=378654

Just my 2 cents, i do like all the fun options to be had in a multicolor deck like yours.

this would work and i like the 'kaldra' theme but it's a little overcomplicated. All you really have to do is equip darksteel plate to any creature and then put worldslayer on it, that way you need any 1 creature and 2 artifacts instead of 4 artifacts. Then just use creatures and white control to survive instead of counterspell.

Cackling Counterpart for one more blue gives you the phantasmal image that's not so easy to get rid of. And Circu, Dimir Lobotomist is handy too.

I'm not sure I see the value in Blasphemous Act in a creature deck. If you wanna milk the Blood Artist/Falkenrath Nobles idea, go for Killing Wave. That way you can avoid killing off some of your important creatures if you want to. And personal preference, trim the deck size WAY down. 65 max.

Attempt to get the deck at 65 cards or less, it will improve the chances that you get the cards you actually want.

Solid looking deck. I'd recommend swapping the blighted agents to either Neurok Invisimancers or Trespassing Souleaters (or 2 of each? 3 of each and only 3 stalkers?), i dislike doing 8-9 poison damage and then getting my infectors killed and having to start whittling them down from 20 life.

Also, Ponder is great but i'd sub Think Twice for some kind of removal like Quicksilver Geyser or Vapor Snag, or possibly some spell defense like Turn Aside or Redirect.

Oh, and i agree with the above post about removing the batterskulls and adding some small creatures (i recommend Llanowar elves or Birds of Paradise, or even Vine Trellis if you want something more sturdy. The equip nice, but in theory you shouldnt need any buffs to your monsters.

Not a bad deck idea. I'd recommend a few changes though. Primarily, i'd recommend removing white from the deck, for 2 reasons. First, tri-color decks suffer when there are 2 or 3 of the same mana color required for a single card. Most of your meanies need at least 2 of the same color. Second, the white creatures you've selected (while good) can be replaced by sufficiently scary beasties from black and green. The only thing this doesnt address is your oblivion rings, but with dismember, maybe 1 more naturalize, and maybe a couple go for the throats you should be able to keep the board under control.
Final thing, you've not used any multicolor cards, which is a major strength of a multicolor deck. Maybe a Doomgape, or a Gleancrawler. Of course, a couple of Eldrazzi would fit nicely too.

All in all, i like your concept. I've long been a fan of green stompy decks and this is a nice variant of the classic .
