The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

The Selesnya deck uses the populate mechanic. Most commonly it will populate 3/3 centaur tokens, but there are also options for x/x oozes or 5/5 Wurm tokens with trample.

Things I'm not completely sure about:

Deadly Recluse: it's the only real way to deal with flying opponent creatures and they are always annoying with their deathtouch. On the other hand they make the deck less focused on the main goal...

Tablet of the Guilds: sometimes helpful, but Trostani can also produce life so it's not really essantial and should be replaced by something better. Not really sure what that better card would be, though.

Garruk's Packleader: I like to play it because it let's me draw cards as I populate. But maybe three times is a bit too much.

Sundering Growth: a nice card, but does nothing way too often as my friends don't play artifacts and enchantments very much.

Selesnya Guildgate: should be replaced by better dual-lands when I get some.

Deck discussion for Selesnya

Personally, I would take out Tablet of the Guilds, Sundering Growth, and at least one Garruk's Packleader. I would then put in three Parallel Lives and another Slime Molding/Call of the Conclave.

Thank you for your comment. I had Parallel Lives in mind, too, but forgot about it somehow. I'll see if I can get some of them to try.
