Deck Description

Doubling Cube and Extraplanar Lens put a ton of mana in the pool, which gets drained by Oona, Queen of the Fae to remove about a third of my opponent's deck from play and also put a couple dozen faerie tokens into play. Mix in Coat of Arms and I'll have about two dozen faeries that are roughly 25/25 each. I splashed in some green to get lands quickly, I'm new to Magic (though I've been playing various card games for years) and this is my first shot at a Magic deck. Just bear in mind that I don't have access to a lot of rares, especially if they are older cards or expensive.

Thanks for the input, guys.

unknownhunter763: Nice call on the painter's servant; I'll have to see if I can get my hands on one. And as for adding more faeries, what should I take out? I originally had a bunch of faeries in here, but took them out to make room for cards that would help me to set up quickly.

And for anyone, I don't have any of the cards in this deck yet (though I'll be ordering them soon), but cryptic command is really expensive, so does anybody know of any cheaper (money-wise) cards that would be good alternatives? I guess I could add faeries in its place, but it just seems like too great of a card to pass up, especially when I'll need to set up quickly.
