Control creature deck and use isochron scepter with spell pierce remand, path, or mana leak to lock down opponents.
Use creatures to affect the opponents way of thinking during the game. Use the restoration angel on the snap caster Mage and the kitchen finks. Scepter just locks the game down. Thought seize or inquisition used for the early game

I have an entire deck that revolves around Isochron....Its pretty weird to play against, it may give you some ideas. http://www.mtgvault.com/aigloblam/decks/swiss-army-sceptre/Best cards to ever toss on a scepter? Aether Burst, Angelsong, and good ol' Counterpsell.

Oh i should have said this was for modern haha but yea it's a really fun deck to play and ill take a look thanks!
Oh...Modern..... I never play Anything outside of Vintage/Legacy, So i can never keep up with newer stuff. Sorry about that, Wish i could have been more help.
Oh that's no problem I like modern because it like legacy but costs less and to my knowledge there is no rotation of the card sets like legacy
So do you play Tourney, Or just with a group of friends? (Yes this question actually matters)
I haven't played in any tourney yet. Just online testing the deck pretty much
Well there are a couple things you need to know. 1. http://cardforge.org/releases/releases/forge/forge/1.4.0/forge-1.4.0.tar.bz2 Download Forge....No Multiplayer yet, but its really awesome. It has currently 97.something percent of all the cards in the game, and you can make any deck you want and test it against AI. Its dumb AI sometimes, but you really get a feel for how the deck is played. Its also Java based, So it works in Linux too (big plus for me)If you need any help using it, Im available, and there are Forums for it too.2. PROXIES! If you play in a small group of friends, Talk it over with them, and just agree to print proxies of the cards you want. As long as nobody is dropping 4 Black Lotus or some of the power 9 into a deck, Making Proxies can open up new worlds of fun. It has the added benefit of letting you playtest your deck for only the cost of ink. When you have ironed out all the kinks in Forge and with Proxies, you know exactly how well the thing will play, So you can be absolutely sure you want to spend the money for the real cards. Thats how i do it, and it works absolutely perfectly.
Forge is also free, by the way. I just realized i made it sound like Spam lol
I'll have to check out that link sometime. @Aigloblam, do you think you can help me with a legacy deck I'm working on (I normally play standard/extended so I don't know of many older cards.)? http://www.mtgvault.com/kjsj3/decks/lightning-slide/
