Oh look, another weird-ass tribal-themed EDH deck. This deck used to have Crosis, the Purger for Commander, but once Conspiracy came out, there was only one Legendary for the position. Marchesa is a great Commander for Specters, making them bigger and bringing them back in exchange for going after the toughest player at the table. Marchesa also plays well with stuff that steals and then kills, other players' creatures. Unspeakable Symbol also becomes amazing, and plays really well with Dethrone, in more than one way.New considerations: Fell Specter, Thief of Sanity, Urgoros, the Empty One
