Thanks! I will check it out. I really loved how that little guy just came in and took over the game.

Ah of course. So many cards now I get some of them mixed up. Still though, dragons are not my priority, cheap yet powerfull creatures for my burn at the stake/Chandra combo is. If I build a deck that focuses more on dragons I will be sure to look in to your suggestions. I know the title is misleading but I always seen Valkas as another of those Chandra pets. To bad there isn't a chandra's dragon card! ....... Yet.

Yeah his one came out of my collection off a whim and I finally put it to the test against a deck burner today. It killed it big time! I do like the suggestions though and I will definitely be on the look out for some murder cards. Already wanted another shimian and some more of those unblockable rogues.

Great suggestions, I have considered those but decided in the long run to go with lesser cast cost and use the renewable phoenix cards instead. Yes I have been playing a while lol. Since 1993 to be exact and yes there was a pause after mirage/weather light till I decided to return recently. I tried buffs for a bit and they were decent but my creatures were not coming fast enough so I just dropped them. Whelp I may try later cuz who doesn't like the bomb dragon but I like the hatchlings more because they have an unlimited pump where as whelp has 3 or he blows up and dies. Thanks for the review though! It's always nice to see others appreciate my work.

Very nice for a budget cat themed deck. I am however surprised to not see Ajani, Caller of the Pride in there. Even just one would not make this deck overly expensive and think of the army of cats he would bring with his ultimate ability. throw in some life giving spells to increase your LP total before using it for an even bigger army. Just a thought, for only around $5-6 bucks he is a hard to pass up card for this calamity of cats.

Very well thought out for a budget deck. As a red player myself I always love large burns but the damage is to spread out for my taste. It is not so much 18 damage but 3 separate 6 damage hits one being a attack. In a deck like this I would add something like Chandra, the firebrand a $5 card or some Wild Ricochets costing around 50 cents, and a few Burn at the Stakes another cheap card also at around 50 cents. casting Burn at the Stake after Chandra's copy spell would net 18 damage with merely three creatures in play. I do however like the low mana cost and fast paced speed of the deck and may have to incorporate some of these ideas in to one of my own future burn decks. Great job Razka.

Yeah looking again keep the lightning and remove the bolts same costs but lightning does more damage. Good call.

Yes I plan on updating this as my collection grows and I get better Minotaur's. For now this is what I have.

Take out the 4 lightning bolts and add burn at the stake. With chandra's copy spell, 3 creatures in play will do 18 damage. Then a couple 1 point pokes and they are finished.
