I'm trying to figure out why you have green in here? Its a mono-black vampire deck. Living wish is cool but its not worth splashing green in it. =D I like the deck though.

My experience with Depths is that the sooner you get it the better chances you have. Living Wish gives you 6 chances to get either the Depths or Hexmage. Also gives you some interesting options for a sideboard.
