Awesome Sliver deck. I wasn't able to play when Slivers were around the first time, so I'm excited to see them in M14.

Check your decklist, I see that there are 2 coat of arms and 2 seaside citadel. Since you are using those planeshift lands I would use some vivid lands, so that when all the counters are used you can play the planeshift land return the vivid and later on replay the vivid with a full set of counters on it. Declaration of Naught is kinda iffy in here, unless your plan was to name a general and never let one player have their general. If you just know what other players are going to bring to the table and have some sort of knowledge about what is in their decks then it would be better but if you don't then that card is kind of limited. I know you want to run as many sliver creatures as you possibly can but I do have one non creature suggestion that would be good for your deck, look up patriarch bidding.
