This deck isn't very special as the budget deck. I think you'll have some expensive powerful cards, but you haven't. Rise from the Grave is expensive with mana, I don't like to have this. Why you have Stolen Idenctiy? Only for copying creatures? For me useless.

Maybe to still have Standard, but not so strong like with Galvanic, I 'll add Burst of Strenght? I need only mana for win combos : P

Hmm I wanted Standard Deck, but I'll think about some of these cards.
I add Elixir of Immortality to my sideboard. I think it will be better option than Treasured Find ; ]

For me, this deck isn't considered.
1st - you have 61 cards, you must discard one of them.
Why you have so many coping cards? Maybe for Wanderwine Prophets? Wrong. There are many better options for combo with him
Having 1 card of 1 type card is bad idea. You have low chance to draw it.

Check my Merfolk deck. It's considered, have many so good combos and powerful.

For me in Main Deck you haven't enough lifelink cards. Divinity of Pride can be quickly stronger. I prefer to add Vizkopa Guildmage to Main Deck, I like this card ; ]

Nice deck ; ] But if you wanna discard deck, maybe add more sorceries or instants? Cipher is good option ; ]

You have unnecessarily so many cipher cards. What you want do with them? For me you have to many single cards, you have a little chance to draw them. And why you have only 48 cards?
