use your creatures to cycle through the deck discarding the miracle cards. Use the noxious revival to put them back on the deck to force a miracle. Afterwards, you can use snapcaster mage to use noxious revival again. Two miracles for their miracle cost is the bottom line. Also, Chandra is there to copy spells. I think this deck has good potential, so any feedback would be appreciated.
