Well, he can easly remove undying/zombies, and if your oponnent will discard Loxodon Smiter, u will have a bad day. He's one of the best 1st turn drops in Jund.

You could add Geist-Honored Monk.
Well. Imho you should add Cavern of Souls. If you splash anything with blue, you should add Mana Leak too. This little spell can save your humans if someone cast DoJ, Divine Reckoning or Terminus. Sigarda, Host of Herons would fit in your deck too.

- 4x ligtning bolt +4x Lightning Helix 3x great sabel stag put in sideboard and put 3x qasali pridemage remove baneslayers and add plated geopede
I'm big In-block decks, so you could remove spell pierce and into the roil, add one more mana leak, and 2 stoic rebuttal or cancel, u can add a disperse too, or vapor snag. But in standard this deck should be well balanced :)
