Obviously, the idea here is cheap little exalted deck that utilizes Silent arbiter to keep force your opponents to play by your rules. The bigger creatures are G/W so that Shield of the oversoul gets the full effect, and with the arbiter in play it provides a bit of security against opponents with big creatures as well.
