Diabolic Tutor will help you get Sanguine Bond also all the cards that ping for just 1 life aren't really worth having.

Vampire Nighthawk is a good black creature to have in any black deck.

Vampires in general run well with Sanguine Bond. Malakir Bloodwitch partnered with Bloodline Keeper or low mana vamps does wonders.

I don't think you need Thragtusk

Glory's rise might be the only one that really fits crusade and lunarch might take too long to build up
