You can group the Haste creatures of pauper into three groups:
Those that basically just have Haste.
Those that have Haste AND a bonus ability.
Those that needs something to be usefull.
Since there Are 11 creatures with haste and a bonus ability, (At This moment of writting), it's possible to build a simple testdeck to teach beginners the power of a fast and simplified deck, based on a ton of creatures. It Will be fast enough to overwhelm most decks, bar combo and control.
Overall strategy of the listed design:
Two creatures Are expendable, so you start out by playing them:
Harried spearguard which actually wants to die.
Torch courier which isn't super important in an All Haste deck.
Then if you think you face creature combo, you need to use two creatures:
Fanatical firebrand which can ping to kill.
Sarpadian simulacrum which is a bit slow, but is your only other Hope.
You can dig for them using reckless lackey.
In case that you Face ordinary creatures, you need to push through fast, and there is two ways of doing that:
Reckless lackey, and goblin javelineer, supported by fanatical firebrand, can be used to break through smaller creatures, while sarpadian simulacrum takes out the bigger ones, and can be supported by fanatical firebrand.
If your opponent wipes the board, skitter of lizards and viashino branchrider Will be a
Nasty answer.
If your opponent manages to "wall up", or you need to just close the game, you can use gingerbrute and tin street dodger to deliver the rest of the damage.
This is the core options available before sideboard.
SIDEBOARD ADJUSTMENTS:
There Are only three 1cc creatures that can be inserted to break through certain strategies.
Goblin champion can help you through larger creatures faster.
Glitterfang can help you if your opponent uses lots of sorcery-speed removal.
The rest of your sideboard can be picked by you, while it is incomplete, but I recommend that you spend 5 cards against aggro, 5 cards against combo and 5 cards against control. (It's a timehonored tradition of mine).
MAJOR CHANGES:
Goblin tomb raider could replace Torch courier, if you cut 4 Mountain and add 4 great furnace, an act that leaves you with 16 artifacts in the deck, but remember that most pauper decks Are adapted against burn with artifacts. You could have tomb raider mainboard and courier in the sideboard. (Gorilla shaman seems to be the choice, which is good)
SIDEBOARD CONSIDERATIONS:
VS AGGRO:
4 Goblin champion is currently my main answer here, but lifegain in the form of fountain of youth, could be another solution, and spark elemental has been considered for speed, but goblin grenade covers that.
VS COMBO:
Combo consists of creature combo, reanimate, and other usually graveyard based stuff. To beat these you need a combination of speed, and ways to stall them. One card gives speed and can deal with key creatures. Goblin grenade. And tormod's crypt can deal with the other stuff. I'd go with 3 goblin grenade and 2 tormod's crypt as the 5 anti-combo cards.
VS CONTROL:
Control often means counterspells or sweepers, so I currently would use 4 glitterfang against this as well as 1 tormod's crypt against the recursion control often uses.

CURRENT META IN PAUPER:

KULDOTHA BURN:
Will likely sideboard Gorilla shaman and end the festivities. We have fanatical firebrand to deal with it, but goblin grenade can be brought in to win faster than burn, and can be used to kill an early Gorilla. End the festival is fought with reckless lackey and Harried spearguard. Skitter of lizards can win the "big critter title, so fountain of youth can be the winning factor.
GRIXIS AFFINITY:
Probably not an easy match. My guess is that goblin champion and goblin grenade Will be what you board in. You let fanatical firebrand deal with krark clan shaman and sideboard out 4 Harried spearguard and 2 skitter of lizards.
JUND GLEE COMBO:
They can get an infinitely big basking broodscale on turn 3, which you can prevent with 2 fanatical firebrand or a late sarpadian simulacrum, so you improve your chances by sideboarding in 3 goblin grenade and 3 tormod's crypt to close their show. You remove 4 tin street dodger and 2 gingerbrute as you won't need evasion.
MONO BLUE TEMPO:
They play spells, filling their graveyard to play big things. 3 goblin grenade and 3 tormod's crypt needs to be sided in. Cut 4 goblin javelineer and 2 fanatical firebrand.
RAKDOS MADNESS:
Being semi-burn with evasive creatures, you could board in 2 fountain of youth, and 3
tormod's crypt. The crypt Will neuter faithless looting, and sneaky snacker. Cut 4 tin street dodger and 1 gingerbrute, as you won't need to get evasive.
GRUUL RAMP:
They ramp fast, but their earliest creatures Will be 3/3, so you aim for a fast evasive game. I think 3 goblin champion and 3 goblin grenade from the sideboard, is the Best answer. Cut 4 skitter of lizards and 2 Harried spearguard.
WHITE WEENIE:
Will Probably be Hard. You kill lunarc veteran with fanatical firebrand, to gain the edge. I think 3 goblin champion and 3 goblin grenade from the sideboard is the way to go and you cut 4 Harried spearguard and 2 skitter of lizards.
IZZET TERROR:
3 goblin grenade and 3 tormod's crypt is key, so you side out 4 skitter of lizards and 2 Harried spearguard.
DIMIR CONTROL:
Small creatures and removal. Sideboard 3 goblin grenade and 3 goblin champion, for speed and combat versatility. Cut 4 viashino branchrider and 2 sarpadian simulacrum.
ELVES:
Add 3 goblin grenade, to both speed up, but also take out the big mana or elvish wellwisher. Cut 3 viashino branchrider.
DIMIR TERROR:
You side in 3 tormod's crypt and 3 goblin grenade. Cut 4 viashino branchrider and 2 skitter of lizards.
JUND GARDEN:
A lot of removal and ramped creatures. Add 4 glitterfang and 3 goblin grenade. Remove 4 viashino branchrider and 3 skitter of lizards.
MONOBLUE FAERIES:
Side in 3 goblin champion and 3 goblin grenade. Side out 4 viashino branchrider and 2 skitter of lizards.
BOGGLES:
This Will be uphill. The Best i can think of is to side in 3 goblin champion and 3 goblin grenade in an attempt to kill faster, while trying to move through big boggles. Cut 4 viashino branchrider and 2 skitter of lizards.
