Here's my attempt at a standard deck based around humans. Given that it runs 24 creatures, summon creatures early and often, and use them to beat your opponent into submission. Try and get Champion of the Parish out ASAP, and he will ramp up to ridiculous power levels quickly. Mentor of the Meek is the key card to this deck. Since it will summon many creatures cheaply, keep a few lands handy to refill your hand. Elspeth, and Hero of Bladehold are really the only lategame cards, but their main purpose is to keep pumping out more humans for the Mentor of the Meek to teach. Use Oblivion Ring to deal with artifacts and enchantments that you don't like. Fiend Hunter's job is to take care of creatures that are too much for your humans to handle. Make sure that you use Gitazian Probe and Nevermore in combination. Gitaxian Probe gives you a glimpse into your opponents hand, as well as a card advantage, just be careful not to waste them. Once you've seen what they have to work with, deny them the use of the cards that would help them the most using Nevermore. Your huddled masses are very weak to board-sweepers, keep that in mind when deciding the spells your opponents are not allowed to play.
