Out of all the styles I've built, nothing quite makes me happier than Nether Void http://www.myfacewhen.com/212/ When I build Zoo, I feel like this. http://www.myfacewhen.com/i/450.jpg

Nether Void looks like a card that has to be played at just the rite time. When would that be?

So this would be around $1000 without the Moxen/Lotus? ahaha Have you seen my Legacy MBC? It's more of a budget/casual deck.
Here I sit broken bleeding and half dead at the mere sight of this nastiness. I love it. I was wondering if some of my superiors would help me out with a new deck I'm playing. I'll post it here. Any help would be appreciated. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=234819
@DedWards; Nether Void is indeed a card that you have to use well, and in this deck the optimal time to play it is as soon as you have something. Seems like I'm just stating the obvious, but it essentially acts as the ultimate Standstill. @Dag; I don't think I have man, I'll definitely check it out! I've got high hopes for it :D @thefallenrob; I'm glad to see that there are still more people who enjoy the nastier styles of MBC out there, and of course I'll check out your deck in a bit :)
Arty runs a [god damn] Winter Void deck that constantly reminds me why I hate Nether Void so much, but this one here seems to be another nice reminder =P This looks like an enraging deck man, so bravo =]
Dear God I hate Winter Void... I thought about putting that setup in here, but with the design of this it's a more damaging for me. And I'm glad you find it enraging, I'd feel I did it wrong if you didn't :P
Here it is if you're curious. I asked him if I could post it up, and he said "sure, why not?" =P http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=251819
I haven't played any vintage so I'm not sure how a game would go. But can you explain why this has no spot removal, I would have thought this would work well with Void? Also, why no Vampiric tutor?
In short, there's no spot removal because he's traded their slots for other things that assure there's no "spot" to remove whatsoever...
But what if, hypothetically, you miss the 1st turn and opponent plays Goyf. How does this deck deal with that? Sorry, just want to understand how this works properly.
The simple answer is, it doesn't let that happen... But, IF a Goyf managed to get into play, then usually some SB action might be taken...otherwise Obliterator would be quite capable of dealing with it =]
Sure has it in the right, I keep meaning to update, it does indeed run spot removal in the board.(three dismembers, and a snuff out) Generally I just win against aggro, my real concern is Dredge, so I have a playset of Leylines and two Jailers for that douche-baggery.
I'm testing a Red Splash for some blasts, and changed up sideboard a bit.
this thing is NASTY and im just curious but do you actually own all those lotus and mox? here i just finally assembled my own legacy mbc its a LOT more budget than this but im wondering what you think http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=138169
Dear God I wish I owned a Black Lotus and some Moxxen, I'd sell those things in a heartbeat! Most smaller vintage events allow some proxies, and some of the medium sized ones do as well. And as to your second comment, that just means the deck is working :D
k im gunna call rigged i just drew a sample hand and got badlnds black lotus dark ritual dark ritual dark ritual phyrexian obliterator nether void i call cheats what is that?!
