The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
My name is Jerry. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPZljDrFzwE Building music was Pelican spread out with Orange Goblin and Tool. Dr. Caveman MD and Rainbow Dash support Poxtraction, do you?

Dash Hopes maybe...replace the Entomb that's useless? Great with that son of a Memnarch! Maybe not though. :P Made a couple new decks, if you want.

Hehehe, I love that video =P I've recently started to not use Panoptic Mirror in my builds...I may suggest you try it out as well. I can actually see the use of Entomb, and with the newly available spots you could add in a single (or 2) Bloodghast for Smokestack + U.P. schenanigans =P One last thing, why Silence over Chant?
Can't afford chant? Redundant? Too evil? 2 of 3 are valid.
Because I got hit with a Misdirection by a Storm player yesterday >_< And I can totally get behind not running a five mana cost artifact in Poxtraction. I'm debating between using a Nether Spirit and upping to a second Entomb, or going with two Ghasts now though >_< They're both great in anything resembling Pox, so I'm torn.
Ah, yeah a Misdirection would do it =P I think 2 ghasts would give you a bit more consistency...
I guess Ghast is probably better for Stax, but in normal Crucible Pox I'd rather go with Nether Spirit and Tombstalkers really.
Eh, it's a win-win either way really. What surprises me is you still run this like a Poxtraction/Iso-Seek hybrid...No Bitter Ordeal...But maybe that's for the better, because going full-tilt in the direction of Poxtraction will lead you to PAL...which is a whole different beast...and one HELL of a deck to pilot (hilarious to see net-decks of it murder themselves...) =P
To be honest I tried PAL, and found it lacking. It's enjoyable to pilot, and I agree that seeing people net-decks of it is hilarious, but it's just to unfocused I feel. And yeah, I doubt I'll probably ever change from running Iso-Seek Poxtraction, the response from my opponents make it so much more enjoyable than the normal breeds I find. They expect normal Iso-Seek, but like the Spanish Inquisition, nobody expects it XD
Really? Oh I love PAL...It's actually very focused IMHO. Which design of it have you played? Because in just the last few MONTHS it has changed drastically. And I have to say, even though it's a strange hybrid, it looks like one of those rare hybrids that actually works well =]
I ran it back when the best design that I could think of for it was just BUG, the white really improves it on reflection. It was just kind of meh as a wedge though. And I have to agree with you on this working well, but sadly as the perfectionist I am, it never seems to be satisfactory to me though :/
Oh yeah, the older BUG design had a few flaws and was a bit unfocused. The new version is tenfold better =] I know how you feel...I still keep fiddling with minute things to see if they'll improve on a deck...probably why I always have so many headaches =[
Yeah, I think I was actually trying it while the newest version of my Doomsday deck was Vacation Island, and the new PAL didn't come out till my last version. Speaking of which, I think it's about time to work on that deck again. And I know what you mean about the headaches trying to get something perfect, I made the mistake of covering Technical Difficulties by Racer X... http://www.myfacewhen.com/i/472.gif
Hey WNB. Just checking in with you on your Janky MBC, but man I do have a question about this build how do you keep smokestack from sacing all your pernenants. I know its cool with ghast. But I don't see how after two turns it would be a benefit rather than burden?
Generally it hurts my opponents more than me, and that's what matters. Once they're hurt enough I could just sacrifice it, but generally I can sustain it for as long as I care for.
Also Crucible greatly allows STAX to work without limits. And Crucible with Bloodghast works very nicely =]
Oh, ok. Yeah. I see that now. I'm a noob, well kinda. So yeah I. Decided to nix the umbrella corp idea. And went a new direction, " Poop occurs". Decided to do a pox- "esque" build. Maybe y'all can check it out and get and give ideas? (Get ideas directed at WnB) No knock on you just ideas on the standard game. Here she blows: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=256670
Wouldn't portcullis be an ok addition that way the battlefield is restricted to 2 creatures?
I've tested portcullis actually, and it's pretty slick, but I generally find the Abyss and Tainted AEther to be better options. Portcullis would probably be second choice for me actually though, as Tainted AEther is a little problematic when running Ghasts or Nether Spirit. And I'll check out your deck in a bit.
Yeah I like that card for that I use it coupled with norns annex and iso cell and spot removal like gftt, doomblade, terror. And I want to apologise if I came off a little impish.
Not at all man, and sorry I haven't checked out your deck yet. I've been distracted by The Big Bang Theory.(I don't know why I put the show off for so long.)
Sorry if I come off as a Chimney, but...Imp! BBT is hilarious man! I love the show. I noticed you were taking a shot at standard. It looks very similar to mine, but much cheaper...haha.
It's quickly found its way onto my favourites list(top three! Bones, Breaking Bad, and MLP:FiM), it's got such a great humor.
Can't say I like Bones or Breaking Bad, but I've only seen one episode of Breaking Bad. What is MLP:FiM? Also, why aren't we talking MTG? lol
My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, it sounds like it'll be stupid and crappy, but it's done by the mighty Lauren Faust now.(Powerpuff Girls, Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends, ect.) Breaking Bad wasn't my cup of tea at first to be honest, it just kind of grew on me. I rarely find myself caring about the drama aspect of a show, as their plots are usually crap, but in Breaking Bad it's rather well thought out. As to why we're not talking cards, I'd wager it's because we ran out of cards to talk about here. :/
That Brony thing, right?
Yup, it's actually pretty good.
It's decks like this that I feel are way above my pay grade. +1 for confusing the shit outta me.
lol, that made me laugh more than it probably should have.
That's a really nice deck. Please check an comment mine: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=230572
