There's still a little too much going on here. If you're going to do mill, then do more mill. If you're gonna make everything fly, then focus more on that. What would be better than mill would be to have counter spells in there with your unsummons to keep everything locked down.

the umara rapter in this deck is useless. I understand you want flying, but a 1/1 drop for 3 isnt worth it since it doesnt have other allies to work off of and build it up. I'd take out the mind control and put in either more favorable winds or something similar to unsummon.
I agree. definitely more one drops, but you need to play vampires more tribal like now more than ever because innistrad brings in some fantastic tribal vampires and enchantments. I would also consider running more multiples of cards and put in some more kill cards. Personally I'd run go for the throat or murder over doom blade.
I'm not sure why you are only running one of almost everything
I would suggest harrow instead of rampant growth. It actually is that much better. And honestly with so much ramp you should run brainstorm instead of ponder. Brainstorm works so much better when you have are shuffling your deck.
I would to oblivian ring. that allows you to not only exile creatures but also enchantments or artifacts. it does cost more, but I think you would rather have the option of taking out that huge creature that is giving you trouble.
i would also drop the armaments for something alittle less pricey mana wise. There are equipments that'll give you flying, once again that is dependent on if you are going standard or not.
you should put in overrun into the deck. Though, I'm not sure if its standard at the moment if that's what you are going for
I'm not sure I really like this deck. You have so many things happening that it really doesn't focus on splicers as much as it should.
I'm surprised there is no twincast, which seems to be the bread and butter of most mill decks. Although I do understand that mill isn't your thing.
The marsh flats are nice in the sense of it shuffles your deck. That is if that's what you want.
If you put whispersilk on a creature to make it unblockable you won't be able to pump it up because it stops all spells that target creatures. Now if you were to overrun with it on it would get pumper because overrun does not "target" a specific creature.
Narrow it down so that we can see what your style is. you could do many things and it depends on how many multiples you have of cards
ok, I'm not totally seeing how you will make infinite turns... sometimes it's just really hard to see having to go through the lists electronically than have the cards in front of me...
its actually a good combo especially for only being commons. I'm going to assume you wanted to keep it cheap? nice way of making cheap control and exploiting aura gnarlid with it.
I'm not sure I understand why the Arid Mesa's are in the deck though... it seems that that is just a silly loss of life and that replacing it with perhaps other special lands would be better.
yeah, i was thinking about that and taking out elvish visionary
I like the dragon arch combo, what I don't like is the multicolor of everything. it is a little pricey but well made. dragonstorm is a nice addition, yet it seems more of just thrown in there. I have seen dragonstorm decks win on turn 2. It does seem very efficient and the dragons that are included are perfect.
why dont you take out the cards that give -1/-1 counters on them and focus more on creating poison counters. and you need to run Hand of Praetors in any infect deck.
