This is a great idea, and should be implemented. Personally I play a lot of Standard and don't particularly care for EDH or Commander as it is now known, being able to filter decks for format type would be highly beneficial

Sunpetal Grove is purely there for the sideboard option of corrosive gale, I don't need green mana to use corrosive gale, but I may want to instead of losing 2 life. The Arid Mesa's are there for deck thining, it takes a land out of the deck when I play it, plus the land doesn't come in tapped so doesn't slow the deck down
Why not use Terrifying Presence? It's cheaper than clinging mists, or it could replace moonmist
Have you thought about splashing blue? If you did, then you could have artful dodge, which gives you the possibility of having your kiln fiend be an 11/2 unblockable double striking infect on turn 3, using tainted strike and assault strobe. Adding blue would also give you access to some counter spells to help protect the kiln fiend.
Mainly because it costs only B, maybe I'll try out the plunders
Have you thought about using Painful Quandry as a secondary win con? I have an extraction deck and it has won me many games
The stonehorn is normally more for mid to late game, once Vensers out; I use him to stop opponents having a combat phase until I'm ready to go, either with blightsteel or several golem tokens. I know what you're saying about the O-ring I may have to find a place for it maindeck
no worries buddy, I was thinking of doing a ninja deck myself, but when I searched for ninjas realised there are only 8, so I was a little disappointed
Have you thought about adding some unblockable creatures? It seems that ninjutsu works best when the ninjas are in your hand, and you play them cheaply, so having some 1 pip unblockable creatures would help get your ninjas out and working for cheap maybe tormented soul for black and theres plenty of blue ones, I'd suggest 4 balck and 4 blue - obviously you'd need to take out some ninjas though
and stone rain destruys a land for only 2R - better than demolish
No splinter? Also Myr Landshaper works well as an extra to Liquimetal Acidic Slime with mimic vats for funsies as well
Nice deck, have you looked at adding day of jugement and brave the elements I don't see the need for Ajani or Mass Calcify Also Armoured Ascension for angelic destiny Finally Worldslayer is great, once you get indestructable it gives your opponant no chance
Masters Call puts out 2 1/1 myr artifacts I would drop sea gate oracle, as you have enough draw, add a few cancels to help with control For the side board I would add demystify, 1 pip white to destroy an enchantment - very helpful if someone pacifys or oblivion rings your colossus, also I'd add another blightsteel in. If you draw it and you only have one your screwed unless you wait until you have 8 cards and discard him, which means you can't play anything
After a bit of play testing I found this deck does not work well againts weenie decks, there is nothing to prevent a build up of small cheap creatures, and I can't grind them down quick enough, also poison decks easily take me apart. So I decided to remove the discard element of the deck and add some zombies, which aid in blocking and getting bloodchief to max out
How about Harrow - gets you 2 lands for sac 1, but it's an instant I'd remove commet storm (fireball and RSZ will be enough) it costs an extra mana to cast and add more cultivates, you need as much land out as possible as soon as possible It's not a great card but pyretic ritual gives 3 mana for 2 so that's an increase as well. Also Palladium Myr gives 2 mana Finally more lands possibly
how about sword of feast and famine - as you can untap all your lands if you cause combat damage. With Squirrel nest its awesome. Although I'm not sure how a squirrel will hold the sword - probably in it's tail....
That's an amazing card!! How did I not know about it - traumatize would just end you with Bloodchief out. Now to look and see how much they are....
I suggest Leeches as thats what I use in my antibiotic deck it just helps get rid of poison counters in case any get through. Here's a link to mine, if you fancy a look http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=146731
Good call, I wonder if it's more useful than Pyroclasm. I'll do a bit of a playtest as I think I will put this deck together - I quite like it actually
That's why I went for the birds, and the elves. They really speed up getting out the putrefax Possible turn three he'll be out and swinging Turn 1 Forest and Elf/Bird Turn 2 Forest & 2 Elves/Birds or 3 if you have them Turn 3 Mountain/Forest - Play Putrefax and Assault Strobe
