Budget attempt at a blue/white Painter's Scarecrow/Grindstone build. I was limited to $60.00, keeping in mind I already owned 2 flooded strands and 2 grindstones (which accounts for $100.00 of the estimated cost). I haven't listed the sideboard because its 100% metagame. Central combo is Painter's Servant/Grindstone declaring everything as Red to make use of BEB. I made use of a few enchantments for defense/control, to get a more effective use out of both Tutor and Argivian Find. I'm looking to replace index with something else, so if you have recommendations please let me know!
