I would use it if I had it, I know I can pick one up for less than a dollar but I don't buy cards and I don't own a copy. :cYou're right though, it would be a great card and I'd run it in addition to all the other no max hand size cards.
Why not go for a more burning tree orientated build? then you could mainboard madcap skills.
your curve is a bit too high to be running 21 land .. you might wanna drop a sorin and an enchantment for two lands.
Oh don't worry about it, I wasn't saying you were being one, I was just defending my deck is all. It does have ways to win, just remember that a control deck is meant to control.
Control doesn't need a win con, especially not in Commander. There is a such thing as winning by damage. Though, to be fair, Lab Maniac is in there. I can also Blue Sun them if in range of decking. Milling them with Jace is possible or with Raven Guild Master + Rouge's Passage. Also Memnarch is a card. Arcanis + Mind Over Matter OR Enter the Infinite + Omniscience. Is that enough just win combos for you?

playing 4 makes it so that you'll draw one, gristlebrand makes you gain life and I'm not going to play all four in a game, I only need to resolve one or two.

My only tip is try to go for mono white exalted or even boros with boros charm (that card is just way too good). Solid deck, just like I said, that's my only suggestion, and if you have the money for it some dual lands. Gates if on a budget. what if they have something that's indestructible? try fixing your card amounts so that you have a less variety of cards but with more cards that cause sac-ing and give -X/-X. Looks good, only thing it is missing is some Prime Titans, Harrow, Birds of Paradise. Giant Growth isn't needed. Acidic Slime is pretty decent so take a look at that, same with primal bellow. Harmonize is good GREEN draw. My friend plays mono green and his deck is similar to this but with the tweeks I said and it is very hard to beat. Not all of us have the money for the Titans so for right now is is pretty good. If you would be so kind as to take a look at some of my decks the would be appreciated (there's only 5).

All those artifact lands are really broke I hope you realize. xD That's why they are limited to 1-a-deck each.
Actually, from consisting of cards from only 2 sets, this is very good. Seems slow, but then again, it's a control deck. You should take a look at my 2 most recent decks.
