Seems like you'll have trouble hitting Metalcraft, won't you? Angelic Destiny is a good card, but does it go with this deck? Wouldn't more artifact equipment (Batterskull?) fill the same role as Angelic?

If you don't have a way to sacrifice Mycosynth (I don't see a way in your deck?), Traveller's Amulet is better because you can split the mana payments across turns. You can also make the second payment at the end of an opponent's turn which is also advantageous if you are holding something like Ranger's Guile and want to keep mana open for it.
I'd dump Gnaw and Circle of Flame; this is an Aggro deck, and those cards seem more for control decks. I suggest running removal spells, like Brimstone Volley, to kill things that are hard for your creatures to deal with, like Olivia Voldaren, Bloodline Keeper, or Fiend Hunter. Traveller's Amulet would be better in this deck than Mycosynth, but I'd probably dump all the artifacts for more removal. Also suggest side boarding Ancient Grudge.
Maybe move 1 or both Spider Spawning to your sideboard?
Can you talk a bit about Lunge in this deck? Trying to decide if I want to run it.
Also, did you look at Jace's Archivist?
Also, have you considered Sever the Bloodline (as a 1 of instead of doomblade?) -- you can flash it back, it exiles indestructible creatures and sweeps tokens. Even if you decide to keep the Doomblades, I think you are better off mixing Doomblade and GFTT as 3:1 or 2:2 unless you think you're going to play a lot of Tempered Steel decks. If you are going to keep so many looters, think about dropping 1 Looter for Civilized Scholar. Oozes don't transform, so you get to Loot and untap, loot and untap. I dumped Looters from my BUG Ooze deck, but maybe that was a mistake. Just some ideas...
I think Azure Mage is better than Think Twice here, especially against control decks. I'd also think about Black Sun's Zenith to prevent an Aggro rush. Lab Maniac is a longshot. If you start milling yourself with Jace, you have no guarantee that you would draw Lab Maniac; I'd cut Lab Maniac. If your Ghost Quarter is for defense against Kessig Wolf Run, use Spellskite instead.
I'd sideboard Feast and Famine and dump Elder Cathar.
You should run a few blue white lands. They won't hurt you, and they may give you an option to play Tez Gambit with no life loss. If you don't want to run them, run 1 buried ruin to get your sword or automaton back. Won't hurt you, might help occasionally.
I think it's bad to have boneyard or splinter in your opening hand - they are better as finishers. Once you are stable, then you can pod them in for the win.
I'd consider sever the bloodline instead of Gftt. All your mill might cause you to skip over it. Sever at least let's you flashback, though I guess it is pricey. Very difficult to fight Mirran Crusader. Rats are an awesome idea. Bone horde makes Birds super nasty, let's kessig cage breaker get several swings, and makes Splinterfright a swing/win.
I read rule 201.4b in the comprehensive rules as Myr lets ooze make more ooze! Putting out tokens also lets you pod for 1 drops like hex parasite. The chief problem my deck has is stabilizing against aggro, I might try black sun.
Oops; you're right!

Have you tried Chimeric Mass instead of Accorder's Shield? It will survive boardwipe, and it's effective as a late-game top-deck. How about Infernal Plunge? e.g.: Turn 1: Land, Memnite, Infernal Plunge, Goblin Chieftain.
