The win condition is to get through your entire deck and keep playing Pyrite Spellbomb by using Conjurer's Bauble. Explained a lot better here - http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/td/239

Personally I would run either 3 Dissipate OR 3 Render Silent rather than both, there is no need for 7 counterspells, and instead run more removal with 3 Supreme Verdict, this way you'll also have a flat 60 card deck, rather than 61.
I am running three Dissipates in the main board. I don't run Sphinx's Revelation simply because I don't own any, and in most match ups it is very easy to control your opponent long enough to get Obzedat onto the field and start draining your opponent with him. I don't run Aurelia's Fury because the deck simply doesn't need it, there is no need to tap your opponent's creatures when you will just remove them.
Yeah, I'm well aware of how bad the lands are at the moment, no one in my area has any of the lands (that I need) for trade, and I have no means of purchasing cards on the Internet.
