Tore apart and sorta redid my Orzhov Hammer deck, making it more suitable for gatecrash when it comes out to change around and add in the new toys.
(yes i know Godless Shrine isnt standard yet but it is reprinted in gatecrash obviously)
Doomed Travelers and Skirsdag work great together, Traveler dies to proc morbid, tap the token and something else to get a turn 3 5/5 demon token, Sorin, Lingering Souls, etc as token production. Altars Reap, gravepurge for draw power..
T1 - Land - Traveler
T2 - Land - Skirsdag
T3 Land - Options >> Silverblade unpaired, Lingering Souls, Ajani or Altars Reap the traveler, vile rebirth it and tap skirsdag, and the 2 tokens for 5/5 demon.
T4 Land - play Des Demon, Sorin, Ajani, Intangible Virtue, etc. swing for a good amount either way.
T5 Land - Drop just about anything really
T6 Land - More often than not i've been swinging for lethal by now , unless they dropped a verdict or bonfire miracle, in that case its just rebuild what youve lost, Its pretty hard to keep this deck down and out of the game.
I just like how many different ways you can go about playing this deck, its very versatile against many things, has answers to board wipe control, burn, and has a decent aggro defence.
Sideboard could use a little help, its mostly geared towards board wipe defence, and anti aggro.
^ I really want to main board Village Bell-Ringer with Desecration demon, but I dont see how to make that a possibility.
EDIT : - Removed Sublime Archangel for Desecration Demon as the morbid proc is ALOT easier to obtain with im in play.
