Add Nantuko Shade, maybe Phyrexian Negator based off of your metagame. Hypnotic Specter definitely. That'll allow you to have them discard any counters they might have before you play Hatred.
Probably one of the easiest, yet deadly combos I've seen.
Ahh shit I didn't read the standard part. My bad. And unfortunately no, Coat of Arms rotated out with Magic 2010. But yeah, you have a good combo going on there.
You can get infinite mana and creatures using mana echoes and myr matrix. Throw in coat of arms, and you get 9 trillion/9 trillion myrs, and/or a hefty fireball for 999999999 damage.
Good use of Vesuvapost and Urzatron.

Try trading Lightning Greaves in for Whispersilk Cloak. Sure, it loses its unblockable ability, but it gives the creature haste and shroud, which would speed up your deck in the longrun.

I'd add a few more transmuters to your deck, if it is an integral part of the deck, you'd want to see it more.
Put in Steel Golem. That'll mess up someone's day.
