Horribly unfocused. First drop the raging goblins. It's great first turn but afterwords you have enough other ways to get haste. Trumpeter is slow. Firesling doesn't really do anything for you. Instead of fireball you could use Comet Storm if you're using it mutli target or Devil's Play if single targeting. Voracious Dragon could do the samish and be theme-y...
What would you change if you had to make your deck Modern legal ?
And I was suggesting in addition to the fodder, not substitution. Deck IS still 4 short...

First : Why the spells ? Wellwisher or Essence warden can gain you life if you really think you need it... Mercy killing gives them more blockers. Promenade I don't have a problem with though. Add more ? They trigger the door and you can fetch them with Harbinger. More Garruk. With just one you won't see it enough. I'd go with Joraga Treespeaker over the Arbor elves. Ezuri, Renegade Leader gives overrun or regen. Just need one or two thanks to Harbinger. It's slower but Sylvan Messenger would likely get you 2 or more cards. If you have enough mana Llanowar Sentinel ramps out nicely. If you have the money and can find one, Gaea's Cradle ftw.
The lash is slow unfortunately, the real win is Defiance. Lash and the miracles are tricks. On miracles the ponder actually increases my odds of them working. Don't put them first and you know which turn you'll draw them. Yes growth is slower, but keeping it standard. The guile is for removal, will put counters in side to deal with non targeted boardwipes. The main thing is that I'm trying to take the win before they can even set up. If it gets to mid game I've probably already lost.
Beetleback is nice but I'd rather pay 1 more and get Siege-Gang Commander for the extra goblin and abiity. Empty the Warrens is Fodder but with storm. Arms Dealer is a worse, but cardless grenade. Boggart shenanigans makes all your guys arsony. Goblin Offensive can make MANY goblins...

Can't use the Dragonskull because it has a black mana symbol.
Shadow Lance has a black mana symbol on it. Not Uril legal.
Losing once is easy. Losing 5 times at the beginning of your second upkeep is where it's at.
You need, Need, NEED! the turbines main deck ! At the least it gives you something to do every turn and when you reach the 5 myr you can fetch the Battlesphere and make with the beatings. x4 if you can. Dropped the resevoir, welder, and shimmer ? Fix : one too many Ancient dens ;) Tricks : Using Lodestone Myr to tap your Howling Mine so only you draw cards. Opinions: The citadels were good at 4. What with all the artifact destruction around, losing land as well is unfun. Propagator is slow... mabey go to one of ? Adding all the other techy myr as x1 and fetching them with turbines ? While helpful I don't see the need for Reliquary. You'll usually play most of your hand... You have alot of mana production. What are you going to do with it ? Add more Matrix ? Fewer mana myr or main deck Superions ? Diviner's Wand could use it to draw you cards...
X is the printed cost, so X would be 0. It would be tap portal : get a memnite.
No mites ! One less titan means fewer sitting in your hand. I was suggesting one or two marauders to make room for opals/grapeshot. Shifting wall serves same as marauder. Mabey drop one each of kobolds ? I think you should have a second of grapeshot and/or crossroads so you more consistently hit one. And I think you should have a third permanent mana source so you can atleast hard cast the guide...
At least 3 Clocks ! They're huge for myr, More Turbines ! Work with clocks and fetch the myr you need. More Forge or Monument because indestructible is the win and stops the kill. Two more retrievers... Cuts: Don't like the incubator. You should have tons of other myr and not need to exile from deck. Don't know about the anvil. You'll generate so much mana that the -2 is kind of redundant. The Factories are off theme. Options: Artifacts - Myr sire, Darksteel myr, Adaptive automaton!, Master transmuter(cheats in big stuff), Kuldotha Forgemaster(fetchy cheats), Energy chamber, Etched champion(off theme but usually protection), Scourglass(who needs spells ;), Serum tank Spells - Dispatch, DIspense Justice, Fabricate!, Frantic salvage, Thirst for knowledge, Lands - The artifact lands aren't any more walkable than the rest of your non-basics and are synergy with the clocks.
Genesis Wave wants to be your friend ! I don't see enough token generation to make Lives worth it. Doubling Season would be a better fit. Only one Treespeaker ?
Livewire Lash ! If you're going to be targeting your creatures anyway, the lash hands out free poison counters. I also second the sub for vapor snags. P.S. Thumbs up for choosing infect ;)
