I'm not convinved by your commander, I'd rather go with Krenko if I were you. He just doesn't look fun to play IMHO.

People will kill Krenko the moment he hits the board. And you will generate TONS of hate when you play him. And people don´t want to kill Homura, or else all your creatures get +2/+2 and flying! (and firebreathing for TONS OF DAMAGE) So that way you have a strong general to kill your opponents with, and when he's death, all hell breaks lose.
well your general is as easily gotten rid of with enchantment removal or remove creature from play. While it is a minor difference between their power (both being quite good), I believe krenko might be more fun to play but then again YMMV.
