NOW WITH 99999% MORE DRAGONS!Jund at its finest: killing stuff and playing huge creatures. Featuring awesome removal, killer monsters, and other good stuff. Has the potential to seriously run over an opponent.
Save removal for the minimum it kills (Jet for 2-toughness creatures, Strike for 3-toughness, Cut for big stuff, etc). Reaper of the Wilds is a great creature to cast about 99 percent of the time. This deck prefers to kill the opponent's creatures rather than racing, so when you get to attacking, the board will probably be pretty clear. Generally, be on the beatdown against control and some of the bigger midrange decks, and on the control against everyone else. Aggro matchups are by far the best, as you can just block, kill all their stuff, then sideboard in lifegain for Game 2. Midrange: you may have to be the aggressor to get past bigger creatures, but this deck can seriously top out given a good draw. Control: rush 'em and sideboard in some nasties to kill them to death.Mogis should be replaced with another burn spell or big creature at highly competitive levels--it's what I call the "little kid" card, because it has so much value against someone who will sacrifice more often to avoid the damage. FNM/local tournaments will generally have at least one or two people this will work on. I always try to explain why sacrificing their creatures to avoid the damage is a bad idea, but not until after the match. Most of all, have fun, don't tilt, and don't be ashamed if you have to mulligan. The deck can recover fairly well from a mulligan to 6, and 5 is still doable. Do NOT go below five, though, as the mana will be screwy, and you will probably die.
