Considering this is standard and tempo, I'd include the mythic nightmare sphinx from guilds of ravnica. As a tempo card, there are few better than it.

It costs too much mana for this deck
Yeah, Dream Eater sits too high on the curve to play it with a decent consistency.
Archaeologist's ability costs a lot of mana as well, I'd recommend cutting it down to 1 or completely
I think a good card for this would be Opt
Opt only provides aslight filtering I don't think it's proactive enough to inclue against any match ups
