This deck is based on a lesser-known interaction between Sword of the Meek and Thopter Foundry. Use Thopter Foundry's ability, sacrificing Sword of the Meek. The ability will create a 1/1, which will cause the Sword of the Meek to jump right back into play. Thus, you will be able to spend 1 generic mana in order to get a 1/1 flying and 1 life. If this effect is not powerful enough by itself, you can make a bunch, have Cranial Plating in play, and if your opponent doesn't block them all, you attach Cranial Plating at instant speed onto one of the Thopters and bam, he takes a bunch to the face. If you make your way up to 5 mana, and you have Time Sieve, you get infinite life and infinite turns.
Many of the cards are part of a control shell: Damnation, discard spells, Liliana, and Ensnaring Bridge are all meant to control the opponent in the early turns. Use Fabricate to search up your combo pieces: Thopter Foundry, Sword of the Meek, Cranial Plating, and Time Sieve. See description for how the combo works. The sideboard will let you adjust your deck to a more controlling route (Inquisition, Engineered Explosives, Dismember), more anti-combo (Inquisition, Pithing Needle, Dismember, Spellskite), or boost your own combo (Talisman)

A soild, but fair modern deck with no galring weaknesses. I like how you have intergrated this intoa well known control package, but have dded the time sive to give it your own flair. The talisman in the sb seems odd to me though, why not grafdigger's cage instead? Is it just a placeholder?
