The Rack has always been an interesting deck to me. Stop your opponents by stopping their hands. It's a unique and effective strategy. This deck seeks to control the game using discard spells, sweeping the field with cards like Crypt Rats and Evincar's Justice, and winning in the air with Sultai Scavenger, as well as big Corrupts and Consume Spirits.
Try to lead off with Ostracize, as the biggest threats to this deck are aggressive creature decks and burn. Turn 2 is usually for Mind Burst or Wrench Mind, and turn 3 is a good time to play Mire's Toll. Run out Crypt Rats only if you're not afraid of removal. Crypt Rats dodges not-kicked Prohibit and Doom Blade, but beware of other spot-removal and counterspells. Continue to attack the hand and control the board with creature removal like Doom Blade, Tendrils of Corruption, Consume Spirit, or Corrupt. Delve away all your junk to cast a cheap Sultai Scavengers, which again handily dodges Doom Blade. The board will vary depending on the meta. Choking Sands is great against Tron. Shrivel is combat Elves and other token armies, Talara's Bane comes in against green and white decks, and Mindstab can work surprisingly well against control and combo decks.
