It still needs some work. However, this the idea I have for the deck so far. I want to use Jared's orders to find Piraeus, the unhallowed or Unbreathing Horde and the other card I pick from the deck will be Gravecrawler. Putting Gravecrawler in the graveyard and the other in my hand. The goal is to get Unbreathing Horde and Mikaeus out. With Mikaeus out that will make Unbreathing Horde always come back. For example, if you have Mikaeus out and one creature in the graveyard that would make Unbreathing Horde a 3/3 and when it dies it will come back as a 4. Also as long as Mikaeus is out Unbreathing Horde will always come back as a 4/4. Use Grisly Salvage on turns you haven't played a land and don't have one on your turn. The key is to play a land every turn. Mikaeus takes 6 so for 6 turns you need to put down a land. You want to be able to a play and still have one land in hand for the next turn, until the 6th turn. With this deck you can make sure that happens every time for you.You can playTreasured Find to get a card you need that is in the graveyard, such as, Mikaeus, Grisly Salvage, or even a land if you have not played one for the turn. Use Appetie for Brains to take out creatures that exile your creatures, such as, Angel of Serenity. Put Rancor on Breathing Horde. Use Abrupt Decay to take out things that keep you from using your graveyard. Use Golgari Charm if you need to get rid of a pesky enchantment. Side-in Corpsejack if you want Unbreathing Horde to be even more bad ass. Use Deadly Allure to force the opponents lose all their powerful monsters.

Why are you running Golgari Guildgates instead of Overgrown Tombs? I also think your mana base is a little high.I'd consider dropping down to 2 Endless Ranks, dropping the Guildgates entirely, turning 4 of your swamps into Overgrown Tombs, and putting in 2 Farseeks.

Like the idea of the deck. Have you been able to play test, is it stable?
Yeah I have sat down and played tested against the decks that are winning. It has a high win rate. I find that sometimes an extra creature would be great. It's stable, however, each game may have to be plated very differently in order reach the same effect. And that is to get 6 lands by turn 6. Some time I can't get the 6 land by turn6 but I don't need it because it turns out if I am not getting the cards like grisly salvage that let me pick through the deck then I am getting creatures. This deck does great at taking out creatures. Rancor is needed because players will try to block you with 1/1s. The deck has 7 cards that do a great job of getting rid of problems and 4 of those cards have flash back. It is shocking how well it plays. Unbreathing Horde is a true beast, however, you wont need to bring him out most of the time.
