The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Izzet Blitz deck based on limited access to cards, created by Travis Woo with minor edits by me.
Loot until you get one of your threats - Cyclops, Guttersnipe, Burning Vengeance, then hold off until it sticks, then play as many spells in your turn to burn them out. It's pretty easy to swing for 20+ with a cyclops.

I feel like Feeling of Dread would be more reliable in the form of Downpour or even Gridlock. Just having it for Looting fodder seems kind of... risky. While that is the chaos theme (risky), it just doesn't fly well. Your call, of course. Just my two cents.

You probobally should run more creatures or more removal to make this reliable
Goblin Electromancer, to name a popular one.
Although Electromancer isn't particularly viable if you're running lots of 1 drop spells
True enough, but then he could run more powerful removal, which you commented he's in need of :P
Indeed, I just feel you would take out removal for electromancer, just to make the removal that remained cheaper, if it cost more than 1 mana, and only if you actually dropped electromancer
Well, pretty standard builds of this kind of deck really enjoy the likes of searing spear/'Turn // Burn' and divination, both benefit greatly from an Electromancer prancing about. Who doesn't like lightning-bolt and a reduced strength ancestral recall?
Also why is feeling of dread in your deck if it can only be played after being milled by faithless looting?
What about young pyromancer?
