Deck Description

Devoted Druid + Quillspike +Soul's Fire OR Rite of Consumption OR Loxodon Warhammer
Use Devoted Druid to add a G to your manapool put a -1/-1 counter on it, Use Quillspike to remove that counter and use the one land to gain +3/+3 an infinite amount of times. Sac it with Soul's or Rite or just throw it at your Opponent with Loxodon.

Treetop Village + Overgrowth + Umbral Mantle
Play Overgrowth on Treetop Village. Pay 1G to make it a 3/3 Ape with trample. Equip Umbral Mantle to Treetop. Tap for GGG. Untap Treetop using Umbral Mantle's ability giving the Ape +2/+2. Repeat. You now have a infinite/infinite Ape with Trample.

Nantuko Husk + Murderous Redcap + Quillspike
Sack redcap, persist it, deal damage to opponenets health, remove counter with quillspike if you have mana, rinse and repeat. Nuke your Husk or attack with it and a Loxodon.

Deck discussion for Infamous Quillspike Deck

Best Quilspike deck I've seen so far. I like the fact that you have more than just the Devoted/Quillspike combo. The only thing I can think of to make this deck better would be Mana Reflection. That way, the Druid gives you an extra mana to spend however you please.

Why not use Fling instead of Soul's Fire? It's 2 mana and sacrifices your creature, but the card is a finishing move so you don't really need to keep your creature. It's like Profrane Command
