Deck Description

This is an agressive Werewolf deck which should be able to make pressure until midgame.

Wolfbitten Captive and Reckless Waif want to be dropped in the first turn and pressure the opponent. Control decks got major problems woth those, because they don't play more than a land which lets the first drop werewolf transform early.

Other dangerous werewolves are the Mayor of Avabruck, the Huntmaster of the Fells and the Instigator Gang (what's supposed to be the finisher in this deck in mid or late game).

The Immerwolf maybe stand in contrast to the Huntmaster but also face the opponent with a decision which to take out first. Also it doesn't happen to often.

The burn spells (Pillar of Flame and Mizzium Mortars) are supposed to take out enemy creatures most of the time (that's why I like the mortars better than the searing spears).

The Grafdigger's Cage works good against the Snapcaster, but also against Reanimator (which isn't part of my meta in general). Elecktrickery disarms Boros Aggro very effective. Skullcrack is Sphinx's Reveleations archenemy. Traitorous Blood is supposed to take over mean huge creatures of Aggro decks.

Another two Huntmasters would probably a good addition but will slow the deck down too. Also would Garruk Relentless. But I would like to hear some comments about that.

Thanks in advance!

Deck discussion for Werewolf Aggro

Hunt master in aggro deck ? you might want to add young wolf or pyrehart and see what it does

I don't like the Young Wolf in this deck, only the Pyreheart might from interest for me. The Huntmaster saves my ass, if I don't kill him early. So it has mid or even late game possibilities.

Just out of curiosity, i see you have your sideboard all sorted with what you gonna side against what, but which cards are you gonna side out for them?

Depends on the opponents deck. Against a control deck e.g. I would side out Mizzium Mortars against the Grafdigger's Cage (Snapcaster). Against Boros Aggro I would switch them for Elecktrickery. So most of the time I would side out the mortars, I guess.

I probably don't stand a big chance. I didn't focus too much on success, but more on theme, flavour and budget.
