Ok, using suggestions... Wurm doles out -1 -1 to itself, other creatures, gets saced to rites, starts the blowfly/defenses devoted druid quilspike combo. Quilspike gets HUGE after a while, gets sacd to Rites for 20 damage and 20 life gain, maby doubled by the Reflection. Creekwood makes my elve tokens 2/2 and keeps me alive in the early game. Soul reap for the same reason. Beseech the Queen helps me get the combo out. This deck almost looks legit...

Well, this deck needs some kind of mana acceleration, some duel lands, enchantment/artifact removal, etc. Unfortunatly I just don't know anything about the new expansions. If their is a bigger creature with bigger drawbacks that i can toss to the Rites, that'd be cool. Anything that does damage by sacrificing creatures, etc. Help a Collegiate bound Farmer with dialup out lol.

also maybe some more high powered creatures like doomgape(10/10) and a way to bring them back from the graveyard {use rite of comp. on doomgape, then bring him back and do it again the next turn}
It may seem a bit hackneyed, but you could also try the combo between Devoted Druid, and Quillspike as a projectile for the rite.
Blowfly infestation along with flourishing defenses, bloom tender and quill spike equals infinite mana and a creature that will be huge and -1-1 counters to blow up anything people put in front of you and everytime you send a creature to the graveyard FD will give you a 1/1 token. So that you don't kill your tokens stack the defenses first then blowfly. Blowfly will pop all your tokens at once then defenses will bring them back. I was at a tourney a little while back and saw someone do that.
So... Infestation gives tokens for things that die with tokens... Flourish gives elves for each token played... those elves die, they get you more tokens, Quilspike gets very large, how do you start the chain though? Devoted Druid? (Witherscale and a Rites?) I guess the rest of the deck would be focused on doling out -1 -1 or just staying alive untill you can get the combo in.... looks a lot cheaper than what i was going for lol
oh hey, cast rites on the massive quispike, do 20 damage and gain 20 life. No worries about blockers either lol
