about 1/3 of your deck is non-creature spells... in a Ruric Thar deck? Are you getting smashed in the face all the time or never actually cast Ruric? :)

Also I would do the following changes: +2 lands (24 is too few), -2 war leader helix, +1 detention sphere, remove syncopate, +1 jace. Also would try to find place for izzet charm, it's really powerful...
Awesome! Finally someone calls U/W/R control by it's real name :) American flag has dark blue, which looks completely different... As far as the deck goes though - too many Aetherlings IMHO. I would main board 1 only since you already have 2 Elspeth as a win condition.
Thanks for the comment! I'll look into these!
All o f that out of one box?? Nice!!! :)Couple of comments:-I would get rid of Nylea: you already have lots of trample effects through Charm and Courage, and really not enough of fatties to give trample to (where art thou Loxodon Smiter?)-Elspeth, as awesome as she is, to my opinion belongs in a more of a midrange deck. -Two Xenagos's aren't really necessary: you really have not much to ramp into.- You side two Resurgences? Sad face bro, sad face....-Add DomrisCheck out this version: http://www.mtgvault.com/viking333yahooca/decks/naya-beatdown/
Not sure what strategy you are trying to pursue with this deck... just few points off the top:1. You want it to be "Aggro/Burn" but sideboard all of the burn (??) btw Shock is not the best card out there...2.There's too many enchantments and scry cards for fast aggro. 3.You sideboard Purphoros and main deck Mistcutter hydra?4. Soldier of the Pantheon and "monstered" Fleecemane Lion cannot even be targets for your numerous charms and enchantments - basically 1/3 of your army... 5. Almost half your creatures already have (or bound to have) protection, and you run 3 gods willing (??)
Well, almost all serious control decks run AT LEAST 4 board wipes main deck. Supreme Verdict is their bread and butter my friend. Secondly, I fully agree that you can make some great wins at your local shop FNM, but so can you with the Rat or a Fling deck for pete's sakes :) It's just that there's SO much excitement revolving around a buffed up Nivix Cyclops.... but I deleted my comment, cos I really dig this deck, and respect players who make these kinds of fun decks...
no man, i have to disagree, even though I have a nice aggro-burn deck myself. This is a very dangerous deck if played right.
Wight of Precinct Six
Another question, why Tormod's crypt as opposed to Grafdigger's cage?
Alchamire I appreciate your comments bro! I learned a lot! Shows once again that its not all about the deck, gotta play it right..Even though i played few fnms i did not encounter thrug/ resto yet... Go figure... The only thing i cannot grasp is how would they gain 13 life from revelations? Would require tons of mana no?
yeah, i agree here - by the time all of this beauty starts to perform, you might already be dead my friend :) especially against the lightning fast gruul and/or naya humans... also, i think 4 blind obedience is too much. for me 2always worked just fine
What can I say - awsome and lighning fast deck! My gruul deck would've been an interesting matchup agains this. The only thing I am not sure about is stonewright - is it really that useful?
I don't get why everybody is so obsessed with control? My gruul deck burns through resto/snapcaster/thrugtask control like hot knife through butter. Last FNM i killed such a control deck 2:0. I mean, what can Thragtusk do against rancored, giant growthed/bloodrushed hound of griselbrand? Same thing with the huntmaster. I was playing my G/W, opponent was flipping his huntmaster until he got wild defiance+ rancored, charmed and giant growthed fencing ace in the face for 17 dmg double strike...In my meta game it's gruul/reckoner/fling that crush everybody - they're lighning fast...
Thank you !
you'd take haste over dbl strike? bloodrushed by rampager blademaster swings for 5 trample 1st strike then 6 trample 2nd strike (he gets a counter between strikes) - total 11 dmg trample. game finisher in certain situations. ripper is nowhere near that.
silverblade paladin
I appreciate the land suggestions, however after testing them out, i found them not really usable in this deck. Cavern is good, but i have yet to encounter counterspells in my meta. Gavony is useless, since this deck is super aggressive, and i dont really care for making +1/+1 counters with 4 mana, if i can hit 30+ dmg on turn 4-5 :)I like your deck - "7/4 unblockable, hexproof, first striking arbor elf" LOL!!
Skullcrack is not the same - spear hits a creature or player
try Markov Blademaster. Together with Ghor-Clan Rampager - sick combo
